ALEXIS Magazine was an independent magazine published by the now-defunct Hueblooms Publications. Exploring fashion, beauty and lifestyle on its own terms, it was the indie darling with an attitude. The magazine was published monthly before moving online.

Under ALEXIS, I conducted interviews with the glitzy crowd, attended product launches, sharpened my tongue (quite literally too, given my gourmand tendencies), but most importantly, earned my first bylines at 21.
